The school of Krav Maga in Chatel-St-Denis was founded on 31st August, 2005 by two fans of this discipline: Yannick Arcelin (black belt 3rd dan) and José Orellana (black belt 2nd darga).
The school was immediately affiliated to the Swiss Krav Maga Federation which, in turn, is subordinate to the European Krav Maga Federation (FSKM), Yannick and José provide dynamic and complete courses, blending both the technical and physical aspects of this discipline with a spirit of seriousness and friendliness. Consequently the school acquired a lot of motivated students. In June, 2007, Yannick Arcelin left the school to establish his own Krav Maga club in Yverdon. José Orellana took over the management of the school in Châtel-St-Denis and, in view of the increasing demand in the region, he opened a new course in Vuadens on 1st September, 2007, moved on 23. April 2012 to Bulle.(FEKM).
Since January the first 2016, François Jufer (black belt, 1st Darga) has joined the school’s direction after completing his trainer education. He is the first student to have completted the school’s programm.
Together, José and François try to make the best out of the Krav Maga schools of Bulle and Châtel-St-Denis.
Les écoles de Châtel-St-Denis et Bulle seront fermées du 29 juin au 3 septembre 2017. Reprise des cours le lundi 4 septembre à Bulle et le mardi 5 septembre 2017 à Châtel-St-Denis.
A la reprise, l’horaire des cours du mercredi (à Bulle) sera 19h30-21h00.
